The existing officers of Bhagidari Deptt. in CM's Office are perhaps not interested in enrolling new RWAs. It is for this reason that an Officer who had uploaded appreciation letter at our RWAbhagidari.blogspot.com did not respond when asked for procedure for fresh registration. Bhagidari Deptt. also has been excluded from the list of Delhi Govt. Departments. Will the CM's Office clarify this through a reply/comment on this blog.
