Thanks for the new e-mail ID. This will unite the East Delhites a lot. We do require a forum to express our opinions, grievances etc. on various issues. You send a mail to all to express their grievances, problems etc., consolidate them and present them in a cogent way for all to see and forward the same to the authorities as well!
