Madhuban RWA

Dear Mr.Vohra/Ghei, We congratulate and compliment the Madhuvan RWA for making available certain facilities relating to collection of bills etc. However, we apprehend on the decision taken by the MC of the RWA/Madhuvan relating to enrolment of 'non-members' as 'members' on payment of a paltry sum of Rs.100/- It is contrary to the provisions in the Act of the Registrar Cooperative Societies. Clauses 75 and 91 of the Act are relevant. Let's follow the rules and not dilute them so that it will not have a precedence and may have a greater adverse impact on those RWAs/Societies who are following the provisions in the DCS Act and Rules meticulously in all spheres wherever they are applicable !   With best regards, TK Balu Secretary/RBECHS/Anand Vihar
