CIRCULAR FOR CHILDREN DAY CELEBRATION

Efforts Group is organising  CHILDREN DAY CELEBRATION  at Recreational cum Library center, Safdarjung Enclave on Sunday, the 13th November 2011. 

Following events will be held. 

1) Songs (solo, group, chorus),

2) Poems,

3) Dances,

4) Fancy Dress,

5) Short play / drama / skit,

6) Quiz - e- Antakshari,

7) On the Spot Drawing /Painting* 

8) Kho-Kho*

9) Musical chair* (For ladies only)

10) Any other event / item, the participant(s) wish to perform. 

Children & Parents  are requested to participate actively to make the program a grand success.
Notes:

VENUE: Recreational cum Library Centre , Opp B-4/229, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi 
- * Drawing /Painting, Musical chair and kho - kho will be held at Recreational cum Library centre from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm on 13 Nov 11. 
- Other events will be from 5.30 pm onwards.
- Topics Drawing /Painting : - Pt. Nehru, Indian National Flag, Rose flower, pigeon,  child. Drawing sheets and supporting plastic sheet will be provided by the organisers. Colours and other materials will be brought by the respective participants),

- Parents are requested to help their children in preparing for songs / other items befitting the occasion.

- Participation from Sr. Citizens / adults who want to GO NOSTALGIC of their childhood days are also welcome. 

- All those who wish to participate, perform are requested to give their details (name, age, address, phone number and item they wish to participate) latest by 10-11-11 in the Recreational cum Library centre, Safdarjung Enclave office to enable the organisers to draw the schedule. 

- All those who wish to volunteer for games (referee, facilitators for games etc. ) and other events (choreographers, trainers to the participants etc.) are also requested to give their names in the above office.
