What is the status of DDA Agencies functioning as RWAs as they are neither registered in society act ,nor DDA is taking care of running of these bodies as they have been handed over to MCD for more than a decade now.
Should it not be mandatary for RWAs to be registered in society act?
what action should be taken in cases where RWA office bearers have themselves encroached on public land.?
