WAKE UP OR PAY MORE ON BIJLI BILL

BSES Yamuna power (Delhi ) Ltd Delhi has filed a PETITION before Honble’DERC(Delhi Regulatory Commission) Requesting for permission to RAISE electricity supply rates.
Public was invited to file objections before 6TH FEB (DEAD DATE).
I had filed objections earlier years and allowed personal hearings.
Most of our arguments were accepted and HIKE NOT ALLOWED.
Now i have gathered ducuments which run into six hundred pages.
I need volunteers for THREE DAYS WHO COULD COME TO A-78 MADHUVAN .
I am available on mobile 9811 868 133, land line 0114304 2395Poverty stricken and fresh migrants to the city, in search of work, live in rented accommodation.
In trans yamuna, lot of them are staying in Mandawli,Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar etc. etc.
A couple of ladies work as maids in our homes. They cannot and do not have strength to cope with our administrative juggernaut and hence cannot avail below poverty line benefits or widow pension.
Why we cannot come to their help.
I suggest that concerned officers could visit such colonies.
In Madhuvan alone a large number of such helps are in dire need of such effort.
Kindly do something.

SUB: CAUSE OF BRPL’S INFLATED BILLS IS WITHDRAWL OF EARTHING

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our earlier letter dt. Jan. 6 regarding INFLATED BILLS RECEIVED BY AREA RESIDENTS during the months July-August and thereafter. In one of my recent meetings with DGM(Comml.) BRPL’s Office at Maya Enclave, Hari Nagar, I was told that due to earthing leakage in the domestic/commercial wiring, the EL LED on electronic meters light up thereby causing running of meters by TEN TIMES than the normal consumption. Another startling fact has come to our notice while checking the earthing leakage problems of area residents. BRPL has disconnected the EARTHING LINE from its service line cable which connects a consumer’s premises to nearest pole.

This decision of BRPL is not only risky for its consumers as without eathing in the household wiring, any leakage can cause ELECTROCUTION TO USERS OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES but it also is resulting EXHORBITANT INCREASE IN POWER CONSUMPTION without any increase in supply & consumption of power. This decision of BRPL is arbitrary, monopolisticand without the consent of the Regulatory Authorities including DERC and Govt. of Delhi. No consumer has ever been informed about the provision of Earthing Leakage indicator in electronic meters and also disconnection of earthing line.

You are requested to take up this matter with BRPL, NDPL as also all Regulatory Bodies of Delhi and Central Government for appropriate and immediate action to redress the common complaint of Delhi’s power consumers.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,

Big win for Geeta colony - comments

Cheers ! ! ....after ......20 Years ? ? Wha ,

Well for every social Cry why we have to knock at the doors of our Honourable Court only ? for what all other Govt. Agencies are there and don't they know what is with in the law and what is not .

So, at the time of such activities like Marriage processions, Bands, Nach gana, Crackers and open Drinking on Roads and in Parks etc.till late at nights we do not see any check on these happenings by any Law enforceing agency.

Bride- side keep on waiting and waiting for the Barat and all the baraties, out of joy, keep on Danceing only without caring for the timely arrival of Barat, Should we also show up for every function/Barat respectful peaceful and joyful as well as LAWfull, there shall be no problem at all, no harm to keep DJ Volume under cantrol ? Malody and loud noise are two different feelings in music.

These functions are for our happiness at that time BUT there may be a sick person or serious case or exeminations of young childern in the nearby Flats or colony Residents they will certenly not like the loud music and noise / disturbance as they are in a sad and serious mood.

This is every where then Why all these Agencies are not doing any thing ?
Answer may be, beacuse No one is answerable or accountable in their Duties.

It is suggested; that in our all such type of functions at least we must send the invitatins to the Area Police Station, MCD and Horticulture Dept. to participate as our guests and also keep a check in the activities which are disturbing other Residents around that Pandal/Hall or Park . Let us THINK ON IT.
