NEW DELHI: Sarita Vihar has become the greenest colony of Delhi and other colonies should also emulate the action plan chalked out by colony resident welfare association, Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit said on Saturday.
"Different agencies have developed 50 parks and three play fields in the locality with ample greenery in the colony itself. We must commend the efforts of the RWA in making the colony clean and green under its 'Clean and Green' movement initiated in March 2003," she said at a function organised to celebrate the 10th foundation day of the 'Clean and Green' movement initiated by Sarita Vihar RWA.
