I entirely agree. No govt official or minister is bothered.They will
take drastic action only when their daughter is raped by a gang of
goonda with animal lust. Then they will move all provisions of I P Cand ensure death penalty to the criminal. Next time when we get a brute as the rapist let us silently hijack
him from the police custody (so that he does not escape with light
punishment) and give him the punishment given in Saudi Arabia and
Iran- they bobbit him.That is the only way to prevent
repeat occurences of raping incidents
