Can't we have the COVID OXYGEN CENTRES in Delhi to save precious human lives?

Subject: Can't we have the COVID OXYGEN CENTRES in Delhi, to save precious human lives?
Dear Sir,
Coronavirus is now spreading all over the country & its exponential growth in the National Capital is horrifying. While our country has got a total of over 2,16,000 cases with 1,100 plus deaths in the last 24 hours, the National Capital is also in its grip.
Shockingly, the City has got almost 70,000 new cases in the last 5 days only & the count is breaking all the previous records, every day, making it difficult for the official agencies to manage the Medical backup.
Active cases in Delhi have Doubled in the last 6-7 days, i.e. 28,773 on the 10th of April to 54,309 on the 15th of April 2021. Of these 54,309 Active cases in Delhi, 11,253 cases have COVID-19 Beds, 1,062 have ICU Beds with ventilators (192 still vacant), 2,335 have ICU Beds without ventilators (295 still vacant), & 1,044 have Non-Covid ICU Beds (410 still vacant). All the rest of the cases, i.e. 38,615 seem to be under Home Isolation. The problem is that this count is still moving upwards exponentially.
In such a case, even if 10% of these exponentially increasing HOME ISOLATION cases require any medical help in an Emergency, by way of Oxygen, ICU Beds, and Ventilators, Govt has nothing to offer & it may lead to increased mortalities.
In such a critical situation, can't we have the COVID OXYGEN CENTRES in every locality, under every MLA, or under every Councillor, to provide at least the Life Saving Breathing Booster by way of providing Oxygen to the patient in dire need, with low so2 levels, to save the precious lives?
It can be created immediately, within hours, at various Mohalla Clinics, or at various Government Schools, with Oxygen Concentrators/ Oxygen Cylinders. All the local Doctors of the area can be requested/ ordered to render voluntary duty at these COVID Oxygen Centres as a service to society. All the local Hospitals can be requested/ ordered to provide a Doctor & Nurse out of CSR. All the RWAs & NGOs can be requested/ ordered to take care of these centres by arranging Food for the Patients. MCD can be requested/ ordered to provide Sanitation & Cleaning facilities at these Centres. These centres can work under the direct command of the CM Office along with SDMs of the area. It can be called - AAPASDARI - to ease the pressure on the existing infrastructure.
These COVID Oxygen Centres can offer these Life-Saving services absolutely Free of Cost or on a No Profit No Loss basis. All of us irrespective of our Religious or Political affiliations must stand together to combat this deadly pandemic.
Please look into it immediately as you are the last hope for all those under Home Isolation in the National Capital.

बसों और मेट्रो में भीड़ कम करना तो ठीक है, लेकिन अगर दिल्ली के बाज़ारों में भीड़ कम नहीं होगी तो कोरोना कैसे रुकेगा?
Cases are rising and will create huge pressure on the infrastructure. Isolation facilities along with Oxygen must be arranged at various Banquet halls, under the supervision of Doctors, at Rs 500 to Rs 1000 per day, to ease the pressure.
The situation may worsen & may go out of control in the next few days. Please take it very seriously. RWAs are always there to help & support you at this crucial juncture.

The earth Saviours Foundation, Gurugram

We have more than 750 senior citizens living here free of cost, mostly are bed-ridden abandoned senior citizens, mentally disabled people, HIV/AIIDS, or having a type of skin disease.
