Really Shocking ! Three blasts in Mumbai !!
Really Shocking ! Serial blasts struck Mumbai this evening. The three blasts, in sequence, were timed at 6.30 pm, 6.45 pm, and 7 pm IST, and targeted in that order Zaveri Bazaar, Opera House and the Kabutarkhana area of Dadar West. Chief Minister Chauhan confirms 20 dead and 113 injured so far; extent of injuries is not clearly known and casualties are expected to rise.

RWA protest against BSES tariff revision, aditional security deposit & variable expenses collection.
A protest was organised today at BSES office in F block, Krishna nagar, Delhi. A good number of RWAs & Trade bodies (41) from various parts of East Delhi participated in the protest. It was supported by the BJP. Dr. Harshvardhan ( MLA ), Dr.V K Monga (Councillor), Mrs Neema Bhagat (Councillor) & Mr Nirmal Jain (Councillor) spoke to the public in this protest.
Dr. Harshvardhan, in his long speech, also informed, about the Technical & Commercial losses of Discoms that have come down from 57 % maximum to 14 - 20 % maximum. Dr. Monga said that the deposits so made to BSES will not be a security deposit but a permanent fixed deposits in their hands.

Mr B S Vohra, President, "East Delhi RWAs Joint Front", raised various factual points on all the three issues i.e. Tariff revision, Aditional Security Deposit & Variable charge collection plans of BSES. "We hereby request to DERC to opt for the CAG audit so that the actual position of these DISCOMS could come into open", said Vohra.

Delhi Jal Board - plz define the logic of inspection fees & service charge ?
Delhi Jal Board is charging sewer inspection fee and service charge. Are DJB are inspecting sewer every month.I have not seen any inspection of sewew by the concerned authority so it is grossly unfair to charege sewer inspection fee on every bill.DGB is also charging service chrge on the bill, one fail to under stand that what extra servic is being provided by the DJB to consumers .On a bill of Rs.131 sewer inspection fee is Rs.78 and service charge is Rs.288 this constitutes the 272% of the actual water charges. This is irrational and defy logic. Why RWAs should not take up the matter with DJB.

Shahdara Post Office-110032 not delivering the DAK ?
That the Shahdara Post Office-110032 has not delivering the Dak at the Shalimar Park Area from the last three months. I had lodged this compliant to Shri G.R.Bharde, SSP K.Nagar-110051 and Post Master Shahdara-110032 by telephonically. But this problem has not been solved so far.
