10km or twenty km...just plan requirement

Delhi Administration has finally woken up to the need of replacement of old damaged or choked sewage lines. NEGLECT over last fifty years has magnified problem. Now the need is to start this work and monitor progress on daily basis and then compare with the target set for the day. Sewage replacement work must be simultaneously started in all zones. Very large number of social workers can be deployed as observers. Shiela ji must act as a team leader and get this work done on priority. SEWAGE BLOCKED OVER YEARS also need to be done to ensure proper flow in the desired direction.

10-km Water, Sewerage Line In Each Constituency Soon, Says Diksht

Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Wednesday announced that the Delhi Government planned to lay a 10-km sewerage line and 10-km water line in each constituency in a year. Dikshit's remarks came while replying to a supplementary question pertaining to water supply during Question Hour. The Chief Minister said that the Government planned to replace old sewer lines and water lines in each constituency.

The House also witnessed a verbal dual between Dikshit and Congress MLA Neeraj Basoya, a camp follower of Ajay Maken on the issue of water supply. Basoya alleged that several areas like Garhi, Defence Colony and Sewa Nagar in his constituency were not getting drinking water despite repeated complaints to the Delhi Jal Board. He alleged that he raised the issue with the Chief Minister on several occasions but the situation did not improve. Upset over his allegations, Dikshit denied that DJB was deliberately not redressing his complaints. She further advised Basoya that since he was a first time MLA he should continue pursuing his case with the officials and department concerned to facilitate proper water supply in his locality. The Chief Minister also advised members that if they have any problems they should properly pursue the matter.

'World Best Friends Week'

This is GOOD...I expect it back too! I especially like the last sentence!!!! !!

A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself and doesn't  feel even the least bit weird shutting your 'beer/Pepsi drawer' with her foot!

A simple friend has never seen you cry. A real friend shoulder is soggy from your tears..

A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names.
A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book..

A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party.
A real friend comes early to help you cook and stays late to help you clean.

A simple friend hates it when you call after they've gone to bed.
A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.

A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems.
A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.

A simple friend wonders about your romantic history.
A real friend could blackmail you with it!

A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument.
A real friend calls you after you had a fight.

A simple friend expects you to always be there for them.
A real friend expects to always be there for you!

A simple friend reads this e-mail and deletes it.
A real friend passes it on and sends it back to you!

Pass this on to anyone you care about......
It keeps us together, like our Circle of Friends.
Today I pass this on to you. Pass it on to someone
Who is a friend to you..

'Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile. '

Give thousand chances to your enemy to become your friend, But don't give a single chance to ur friend to become ur enemy'
I
t's 'World Best Friends Week' send this to all Ur good friends . Even me, if I am one of them. See how many u get back.
If u gets more than 3 u r really, a lovable person...... ......... I am waiting

It's National Friendship Week.

Show your friends how much you care.

Send this to everyone you consider a FRIEND!

Even if it means sending  it back to the person who sent it to you.

If it comes back to you, then you will know you have a circle of friends.
YOU ARE MY FRIEND AND I AM HONORED..

Plz upgrade websites of MCD, PWD, DDA etc.

Dear Shri Vohra ji,

I fully and totally endorse the views expressed over here. Moreover we have to ensure that the mails are opened and acted upon by the officials concerned as normally they are not tech-savy and/or do not have time to see the mails and respond. Not even an ack. is received. Our experience has been totally negative right from Lt.Gov./CM to Commissioner of Police, MCD, DDA etc. Numerous mails sent to them over a year back, we have not received even an ack. Of course, they get a lot of publicity on this account through advt. in newspapers.

Let's call from our friends who have been tech-savy whether their mails have been responded at all, even after reminders, and desired action taken. This will prove the worth of such attempts! We wonder when our officialdom etc. will 'wake-up to respond aam aadmi's grievances expressed through various means'! How long and to whom should we pray, except the ALMIGHTY to respond or at least ack. so that a symptom of action is seen! Is it asking too much?

With best regards,

To discuss on e mail, vohra ji..kindly advise us a dedicated e mail address so that we may update you through mail and we may not bring organisational matters on these posts.
