Is there any responsibility of Delhi Govt or Civic Agencies to save the city from waterlogging?
The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi,
Government of NCT of Delhi,
Raj Niwas Marg, Rajpur Road,
Delhi
Subject: Is there any responsibility of Delhi Govt or Civic Agencies to save the city from waterlogging?
Dear Sir,
The situation has worsened year after year as with every drop of rain, Delhi now gets waterlogged all over. Just name the area & you will get the viral videos of knee-deep water, be it Chanakya Puri, Sadar Bazar, Vikas Marg, Rajouri Garden, Greater Kailash, Naraina Vihar, or Krishna Nagar.
Shockingly, even the flyovers convert into rivers & turn into waterfalls, making it horrible for those driving in deep waters, as well as those facing the brunt of such dangerous waterfalls.
So one thing is clear that no proper desilting is being done by our Civic Agencies & PWD. Even the drains on the Flyovers remain clogged & none cares. What is the use of multiple agencies, if none of them is answerable to the public for all the mess, all over the city?
Therefore, we hereby request & demand a single agency to look after all the waterlogging & drainage issues of our city, so that, none gets a chance to escape. All the multiple agencies must immediately be brought under a single banner to save the city from unnecessary blame game tactics.
Please look into it as people are now fed up with the junk system that is unable to perform.
With best regards,
Jt. Signatory

Oxygen must be arranged in the New Design of Mohalla Clinics at Delhi.
31st August 2021
Mr Arvind Kejriwal, CM, Delhi
Dear Sir,
Please refer to our Tweet today regarding the New Design of Mohalla Clinics in Delhi.
These new porta mohalla clinics must have the facility to provide oxygen to multiple patients at a time, in case Delhi gets the 3rd wave of Coronavirus.
The pipeline can be affixed in such a manner so that many patients could sit on chairs, Outside as well as Inside to breathe in the required Oxygen.
Please note we are really worried if we go back to view the impact of the 2nd Corona wave in Delhi.
Best regards,

Highest August rain since 2007 sends Delhi reeling under water
TIMES OF INDIA: NEW DELHI: “Where should the common man go to make themselves heard? When will we finally get relief from this severe waterlogging? Is there any agency that is answerable to the public or is a blame game their only strategy?” groaned B S Vohra, head of East Delhi RWAs Joint Front. Like him, frustrated Delhiites took to social media on Saturday to raise a collective sigh of resignation over the failure of the civic agencies in making the city floodproof. LINK
