Subject: Covid 3rd wave by next month. Are we ready?
Dear Sir,
At least 35K families of Delhi are not yet out of the shock of their life, due to the 2nd wave of coronavirus in Delhi. Many more persons, who could just save their lives by the grace of God, are also a worried lot, fearing the 3rd wave of coronavirus.
We the RWAs of Delhi, want to know about the preparedness of our Delhi Govt to meet the worst challenge of our life:
1. What is the ACTUAL status of Oxygen availability in Delhi now?
2. How many more Ventilators have been ordered by Delhi Govt?
3. Have you placed orders for the ECMO machines too?
4. How many ICU beds with/ without Ventilators are being planned?
5. How many Oxygen beds are being planned for every locality at various Community centres, Banquets, & religious places?
6. How many Isolation centres have been planned as above?
7. What has been done to CAP the treatment charges at private hospitals?
8. What has been done to check the black marketing of Essentials, such as, Oxygen Cylinders, Concentrators, Medicines, Injections, Ambulances?
9. What are your plans for the home delivery of the essentials as above in case of any emergency?
10. What has been done to check the Availability of a Sufficient number of Doctors & Nursing staff?
11. Punjab Govt has given a unique ID to every Oxygen Cylinder & Concentrator. What has been done in Delhi?
12. Can't we be ensured that this time there will be no DEATHS due to the shortage of Oxygen, Beds, Concentrators, ICUs, Ventilators, ECMO machines, Medicines, Injections, & Services?
13. Can't we match the Quality of treatment at Delhi Govt hospitals with the Quality of treatment at Private hospitals, so that none could be forced to sell his/ her house, jewellery etc. to get the treatment at Private hospitals?
14. Delhi Govt must go for a Timely LockDown to check & control the 3rd wave as last time the delayed Lockdown had created all the hell in Delhi.
15. CM must meet & interact directly with the RWAs on various issues concerning the coronavirus spread & vaccination.
We the RWAs of Delhi are willing to support & co-operate with our Delhi Govt in case of any severe Emergency. Please share the Contact numbers of SDM's to interact directly.
We also request an Emergency Control Room Number to work 24x7 at the office of Hon'ble LG Sahib & CM for interaction in case of any severe emergency & to get the Essentials to save precious lives.

Delhi Master Plan: RWAs seek timeline for cleaning Yamuna, check on unauthorised construction
The resident welfare associations demanded a definite timeline for cleaning the Yamuna, effective measures to check unauthorized constructions and preservation of South Delhi Aravalli ridge during a webinar conducted by the Delhi Development Authority to seek people’s suggestions on the Master Plan-2041.
195 participants attended the webinar on Thursday during which suggestions and objections were invited on the environment, economy, culture, heritage, and public spaces.
East Delhi Residents’ Welfare Association Joint Federation president BS Vohra said there are several announcements that have been made over time regarding the cleaning of the Yamuna. “DDA is saying in its master plan that it is a blue asset which will be revived. I can see the Yamuna as a black asset at present due to drain water and hazardous wastes being released into it. DDA should give us a definite timeline regarding when it plans to clean the river,” he said.

जब चारों तरफ मौत का भयावह मंजर हो, जब घर घर में #Corona के पेशेंट हों, जब किसी भी अस्पताल में जगह न मिले, जब सरकारें अपने हाथ खड़े कर दें, जब लोगों को मजबूरन घर में ही ऑक्सीजन अरेंज करनी पड़े, ताकी जानें बचाई जा सकें, और जब काला बाजारी का आलम हो, तो #Oxygen की डिमांड तो कई गुना बढनी ही थी।

DSGMC Received Oxygen Plant from French Government For 125-Bed Covid Hospital
फ्रांस सरकार द्वारा 125 बैड वाले अस्पताल के लिए भेजा गया ऑक्सीज़न प्लांट दिल्ली गुरुद्वारा कमेटी के पास पहुँचा
इस प्लांट के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए कमेटी के अध्यक्ष स. मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने बताया कि फ्रांस ने नोवा ऑक्सीज़न जनरेटर भेजा है जो 125 बैड वाले अस्पताल के लिए फिट किया जाएगा। फ्रांस सरकार ने दो ऑक्सीज़न प्लांट भेजे हैं जिनमें से एक एम्स के लिए भेजा गया है तथा दूसरा दिल्ली गुरुद्वारा कमेटी द्वारा संगतों के सहयोग से बनाये जा रहे अस्पताल के लिए भेजा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमने ना तो फ्रांस सरकार के पास और ना ही यहां किसी फ्रांसिसी अधिकारी के पास पहुंच की थी। फ्रांस सरकार ने दिल्ली कमेटी द्वारा संगत के सहयोग से लोगों के लिए की जा रही सेवा को देखते हुए स्वंय यह प्लांट भेजने का फैसला किया।
स. सिरसा ने बताया कि जिस प्रकार कमेटी ने गुरु तेग बहादुर कोरोना केयर सेंटर रिकार्ड 12 दिनों के भीतर तैयार किया था ठीक उसी तरह से यह अस्पताल रिकार्ड 60 दिनों के भीतर तैयार किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि पहला संगत द्वारा दिया ऑक्सीज़न प्लांट फिट हो गया है और अब फ्रांस से आया यह प्लांट भी जल्दी ही फिट किया जाएगा यह 125 बैड का अस्पताल पहले कोरोना अस्पताल के रूप में काम करेगा और फिर हालात सामान्य होने पर जनरल अस्पताल बन जाएगा। इसमें 35 कमरे आई.सी.यू के होंगे तथा बच्चों के लिए विशेष वार्ड बनाये जायेंगे। अस्पताल में टेस्ट की सभी सुविधाएं मौजूद होंगी।
स. सिरसा ने संगत द्वारा दिये जा रहे सहयोग के लिए भी संगत का

Delhi the capital city of India faced a huge number of deaths during the 2nd wave of the #corona surge. In just 2 months of April & May 2021, as per the Municipal Corporations, over 35,000 death certificates were issued. Sounds horrible, a small city of say 40 km, but with a population of over 2 crores had to face 35k deaths. The RWAs of the city now wanna ask the Government about the status of preparations in case we get the 3rd wave as during the peak of 2nd wave there were no hospital beds, no ICUs, no ventilators, not even the Oxygen & Medicines as all such essentials were being sold in the black market at multiplied prices, right under the nose of the Government.
