The condition of roads are wurst than 1970. the perposal of covering ganda Nala is in Pips line for the last30 years.no water regular water supply. Street lights are not working.Sewgage probles are the regular feature.peoples are trying to capture DDA lands.Building matterials mafia are at the flod level. eligal wine are services at the main entrence of the colony.the eve teasing, chain snatching,and thefts are now common. अब बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को लोड बढ़वाने के नोटिस

बिजली वितरण कंपनियां भेज रही हैं उपभोक्ताओं को नोटिस घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को एक किलोवाट लोड बढ़वाने पर जमा करानी होगी 600 रुपए सुरक्षा निधि नई दिल्ली (एसएनबी)। बिजली दरें तो अभी नहीं बढ़ी हैं, लेकिन वितरण कंपनियों ने घरेलू व व्यावसायिक उपभोक्ताओं को लोड बढ़ाने का नोटिस जारी करना शुरू कर दिया है। शुक्रवार को नोटिस के विरोध में उपभोक्ताओं ने कई स्थानों पर विरोध प्रदर्शन भी किए। हालांकि इस मामले में आरडब्ल्यूए पदाधिकारियों और बिजली वितरण कंपनियों के बीच बृहस्पतिवार को चर्चा भी हुई थी, लेकिन वह बेनतीजा रही। आरडब्ल्यूएपदाधिकारी अब लोड बढ़ाने के लिए भेजे गए नोटिसों के विरोध में डीईआरसी मुख्यालय पर सशक्त प्रदर्शन की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। इन दिनों बिजली वितरण कंपनियां दरें बढ़ाने के लिए एड़ी चोटी का जोर लगाने के साथ ही उपभोक्ताओं को लोड बढ़ाने के नोटिस भी भेज रही है। यह कवायद पिछले एक माह से चल रही है। लोड बढ़ाने के बदले घरेलू, इंडस्ट्रियल और कामर्शियल उपभोक्ताओं से अलग -अलग सुरक्षा निधि जमा कराई जा रही है। घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं से 600 रुपए प्रति किलोवाट व इंडस्ट्रियल और कामर्शियल उपभोक्ताओं से 1500 रुपए प्रति किलोवाट की दर से सुरक्षा निधि जमा कराई जा रही है। इससे एक-एक उद्यमी पर 5 से 20 हजार रुपए का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ रहा है।  बिजली कंपनियों की दलील है कि उपभोक्ताओं के घरों में बिजली की खपत बढ़ी है तो उन्हें लोड भी बढ़वाना चाहिए। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बीएसईएस यमुना , बीएसईएस राजधानी और एनडीपीएल ने लोड बढ़वाने के लिए जून माह से नोटिस भेजने शुरू किए हैं। नोटिस से उपभोक्ताओं में खलबली मची हुई है।आरडब्ल्यूए फेडरेशन पूर्वी दिल्ली के अध्यक्ष अनिल वाजपेई ने आरोप लगाया कि बिजली कंपनियां उपभोक्ताओं को लूटने में लगी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कोई उपभोक्ता एक किलोवाट का कनेक्शन लेता है और एक किलोवाट की क्षमता से अधिक बिजली का उपभोग कर लेता है तो उस पर लोड बढ़वाने का दबाव बिजली कंपनियां नोटिस भेजकर डाल रही हैं। लोड बढ़वाने के नाम पर भी बिजली कंपनियां वसूली कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि गर्मियों में बिजली की खपत बढ़ना स्वाभाविक है। इसलिए उपभोक्ताओं पर लोड बढ़वाने का दबाव नहीं डाला जाना चाहिए।  पूर्वी दिल्ली आरडब्ल्यूए संयुक्त मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष बी एस बोहरा ने कहा कि बिजली वितरण कंपनी बीएसईएस यमुना ने कृष्ण विहार, प्रीति विहार सहित अन्य कालोनी वासियों को लोड बढ़वाने के लिए नोटिस भेजे हैं। जिस उपभोक्ता को लोड एक किलोवाट से 2 किलोवाट कराना है, उसे 600 रुपए सुरक्षा निधि के जमा करने होंगे। इसी तरह, जिस उपभोक्ता को लोड 2 से 4 किलोवाट कराना है, उसे 2400 रुपए जमा कराने होंगे। इस तरह, कामर्शियल उपभोक्ता को लोड बढ़वाने पर 1500 रुपए प्रति किलोवाट सुरक्षा निधि जमा करानी होगी। उधर, पूर्वी दिल्ली में बिजली आपूर्ति करने वाली वितरण कंपनी के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि लोगों ने जब कनेक्शन लिए थे, तब उनके घरों में केवलपंखे और बल्व लगे होते थे। लेकिन अब घरों में बिजली उपभोग काफी बढ़ गया है। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सामान पर लोगों की निर्भरता ज्यादा बढ़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि नोटिस उन्हीं उपभोक्ताओं को भेजे गए हैं, जिनके घरों में पिछले तीन माह में खपत काफी बढ़ी है। with thanks : Rashtriy Sahara www.RWABhagidari.blogspot.com www.RWABhagidari.com

Complete dark in Sant Nagar - Burari main Road

Since last more than 20 days. In night hours it has become unsafe to the public of Sant Nagar and Burari. MCD and NDPL and leaders of the area are not taking care. May I know the reason of keeping dark in Sant Nagar Burari?. The criminal activities increasing day by day in this area due to darkness in night hours. The responsible authority may kindly see and take necessary action urgently.

WARNING : CAR AIR CONDITIONING - CAN BE A CAUSE OF CANCER !!!

My car book says to roll down the windows to let out all the hot air before turning on AC.

WHY ? Car Air Conditioning - No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder where this stuff comes from but here is an example that explains a lot of the cancer causing incidents.                             Many people are in their cars first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, 7 days a week. As I read this, it makes me feel guilty and ill.  Please pass this on to as many people as possible.  Guess it’s not too late to make some changes.                      Please do NOT turn on AC as soon as you enter the car.                       Open the windows after you enter your car and then turn ON the AC after a couple of minutes of driving.                         Here's why:   According to research, the car dashboard, seats, air freshener emit Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin (carcinogen - take time to observe the smell of heated plastic in your car).                         In addition to causing cancer, Benzene poisons your bones, causes anemia and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure will cause Leukemia, increasing the risk of cancer. Can also cause miscarriage.                      Acceptable Benzene level indoors is 50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors with windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benzene. If parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level. People who get into the car, keeping windows closed will inevitably inhale, in quick succession, excessive amounts of the toxin.   Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidney and liver. What's worse, it is extremely difficult for your body to expel this toxic stuff.                         So friends, please open the windows and door of your car - give time for interior to air out -dispel the deadly stuff - before you enter.                         Thought: 'When someone shares something of value with you and you benefit from it, you have a moral obligation to share it with others.'                        This is what  snopes.com  says.  It is not the air conditioning in the car but the Benzene producing agents that causes cancer.

DERC - Public Hearing - EDRWAsJF

We are most gratified that the EDRWAs Joint Front was ably represented by its President, Shri B. S. Vohra;  Sr. Vice President, Shri K. K. Ghei and Shri Sandeep Kapoor at the Public Hearing by DERC, and forcefully raised very pertinent points and reiterated that the accounts of the DISCOMS should be audited by the CAG.  Newspapers reports on the public hearing are quite positive.  Well done Vohra ji and his team !!

 

Our RWA had responsed to   DERC ad of 11th May, and was invited to attend the public hearing at 2:30 p.m. on 4th july.  Unfortunately, we were not able to attend, but now feel satisfied that we did not lose any thing by not been able

to attend.

TARRIF AND DERC

With kind encouragement of our president sh.bs vohra ji, i got the chance to speak in hearing of oral submission regarding tarrif enhancement claimed by discoms in delhi. I made the following points :

LAST YEAR on the basis of data and arguments by rwas, DERC WAS CONVINCED that there is ground for decrease in tarrif and not enhancement demanded by discoms. THIS ORDER WAS NOT IMPLEMENTED BY CM DELHI. POINT IS Whether DERC IS A STATUROY BODY OR TO MAKE ONLY RECOMMENDATIONS. WHY CM DID NOT TAKE PUBLIC INTO CONFIDENCE IN OUTRIGHT REJECTING ORDERS OF DERC.

SECOND POINT WAS COST ESCALATION and theft of energy. WHO IS PAYING FOR THEFT? Surely, honest customers are now being made to pay for the pilfered energy. Prior to privitatisation and in desu days, DESU WAS NOT ALLOWED TO INCREASE TARIFF DUE TO SEVERAL  CONSIDERATIONS. SO WAS THE STATUS OF OTHER STATE ELECTRICITY BOARDS IN INDIA.

THE so called losses running in several crores were waived off by government.But now the honest  consumers are made to pay by way of enhanced tarrif. For the sake of brevity, i am closing this mail. But rest assure , our government of the day is hand in glove with discoms, and our cries shall fall on deaf ears.

Public hearing by DERC on the issue of revision of power tariff

East Delhi RWAs Joint Front was today invited by DERC to participate in Public Hearing. Mr. B S Vohra, Mr Sandeep Kapoor & Mr K K Ghei, participated in the public hearing & raised various issues.

Mr Vohra specifically raised the issue of  inconsistency of the figures as below :

Please refer the Annexure 9 on the bsesdelhi.com. On page number 10, paragraph 5 says that, “It is pertinent to note that while in the corresponding paragraph the Chairman has alleged that after the prudence check the actual trued up figures shows a revenue surplus of around Rs. 75 Crores as against a deficit of Rs. 606 Crores claimed by the DISCOMS, on the other hand at paragraph G (ix) at page 12 of the advice, the Chairman has stated that the DISCOMs had claimed a gap of Rs. 606 Crores which, after the prudence check was found to be a surplus of Rs. 25 Crores. This inconsistency in the figures provided in the advice further puts to question the veracity of the statement made in the advice and the conclusions arrived therefrom.”. It continues saying that, “ without prejudice to the above, assuming but not admitting that the said figures are correct, it is submitted that…………”

Therefore, it was requested to DERC to opt the CAG Audit as only that Audit can lead us to a proper direction. Hence we should wait for the Audit & till than there should be no UPWARD REVISION in the Power Tariff.

AREA COUNCILLOR, B.B. TYAGI VISITED PRIYADARSHINI VIHAR

Dear Sir,

 

Shri B. B. Tyagi, MCD Councillor and Chairman of Shahadra (South) Zonal Committee was  invited by the RWA to Priyadarshini Vihar to discuss the problems of the residents with regard   to broken roads, stinking rain water drains, delapidated parks, and overflowing sewers.

Over 20 prominent residents gathered at the Priyadarshini Club and raised the problems. Mr Tyagi appreciated the problems and promised to  get them resolved as early as possible.  With monsoons already knocking at the door, de-silting of rain water drains, which should have been done long time back, should be done immediately, said the residents.

 

After the meeting, Mr Tyagi was taken around the colony to show him all the work that was required on priority basis.
