Bhagidari and we the bhagidars
Despite appearing in minutes of bhagidari monthly meetings some problems remain unsolved.
Most of the issues raised can be tackled if officers are sympathetic.
Unfortunately, meetings are attended by junior most functionaries and these poor souls are not able to satisfy members. ACTION remains pending and MCD,DDA OR POLICE do not bother that minutes are sent to CM and top functionaries.
Let us list out from these minutes problems remaining pending for more than ONE YEAR.
To start with, i refer to our Madhuvan. Kindly add yours.
1. Public road of Madhuvan merged by UNIVERSAL SCHOOL PREET VIHAR....Since 2005 we are crying and praying but No Action.
2. Foot paths along NAGRAJ MUNI MARG TO END OF PREET VIHAR heavyily encroached by outsiders and residents.
on southern side it is unusafe to walk(LEVEL RESEMBLES LIKE PATH OF SNAKE(zig zag up and down level))
Who will solve these problems?
Are they waiting we go on FAST UNTO DEATH.

BSES Yamuna Power and RWA MEETING ON 5Th feb 2010
BSES never invited Madhuvan RWA for such meetings. I had been hony.secretary of DOCHBS Ltd for six years. Despite raising issue in bhagidari, no Nodal Officer ever invited for any meeting.
I attended because Mr.Sharma who is contributor had advised me to come.Thanks to Mr. Sharma.
During meeting, point regarding increasing transformer capacity(augmentation of existing transformer by replacing it with higher rating) came up.
I was surprised that BSES wants consumers to tell their loads and then augmentation.
I could not contain myself. I told all that practice in DELHI and throughout india is to record loadings in accordance with prescribed intervals.
AUGMENTATION of transformer capacity and laying of additional feeders had to be started when it is loaded around 75%.
It appears that earlier practice has been abandoned.
MY VERY HUMBLE SUGGESTION TO ALL IS;
1.All such meetings must be minuted and if NOT then we refuse to attend.
2. We share information regarding such meetings so that these are well attended and our grievances ventilated.
3. BSES has committed in writing that breakdowns are attended within stipulated time frame.
4.Kindly list out supply failures due to any reason in your area for more than FOUR HOURS.
5. Through notification, DERC HAS EXTENDED DATE for filing objections for another six days.
Above information will help to expose BOGUS claims.

CONGRATULATIONS...Blog effect mcd is removing encroachments in Madhuvan
MCD deserves a pat to start drive to remove encroachments in Madhuvan.
We have become insensitive,otherwise how even water storage tank has been placed a couple of years ago on storm water drain.
Have you ever heard this before.
Even some persons have extended home boundry by filling up drains and erecting boundry wall to have additional land.

Impact of radiation being spread by Mobile towers
This is the Impact of radiation being spread by Mobile towers on Rats, who never use the mobile phones. Just imagine the impact of these mobile towers on human beings, who never leave the mobile phone. Ever thought about the LEVELS of radiation spread by these mobile towers ? You will be shocked to find that in majority of cases, the radiation being spread is over & above the normal level & almost touching or even above the alarming leval. We are allowing this radiation in our residential areas, in our homes and it is one of the major cause for the spread of CANCER.

Towers of shame
Mobile service providers erected towers without any permission of authorities and the concerned officers became collaboraters in this crime.
The least government can do is to arrest corrupt officers,impose PUNITIVE FINES so that none is again tempted to erect towers these towers of shame.
Hope CITYPLUS will come forward to monitor this issue.

False performance claim by BSES before DERC
BSES Yamuna and BSES Rajdhani want tariff hike because they have PERFORMED to achieve performance claims as per DERC standards.
They claim NO CURRENT COMPLAINTS ARE ATTENDED WITHIN THREE HOURS, AND LOW TENSION BREAK DOWNS ARE ATTENDED IN SAY FOUR HOURS ETC.
Could you please advise before 6TH FEB....
a. Complaints not attended even beyond six hours.
b. DAMAGED TRANSFORMERS NOT REPLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
c. ANY ELECTROCUTION CASE WHICH MAY BE FATAL OR NON FATAL
d. BILLING COMPLAINTS REGARDING ABNORMAL BILL ....100/% MORE AS COMPARED TO LAST YEAR.
