MPD2041: Can we call it a Public hearing?

DDA has called for a Board of Enquiry & hearing on 18th & 20th October to discuss MPD2041. Each slot of one hour has almost 1500 persons, & even if 5% of the participants, turn up, we won't get even half a minute to speak. Can we call it a Public hearing to discuss the Master Plan of Delhi 2041? Moreover, we at EDRWAJF have not yet received any email/ SMS with the Link/ Unique ID / Password to participate. 

Therefore, we the RWAs have decided to have our RWA Bhagidari Live Chat to discuss the MPD2041 issues. The chat will go Live on the RWA Bhagidari FaceBook profile. It will also be uploaded on the RWA Bhagidari YouTube Channel. The link will be forwarded/ tagged to our LG Saab, DDA Official, CM, DY CM, Ministers & MPs of Delhi.
