Delhi Govt. has offered a 300 crore bail out package to DISCOM's ( Govt. companies ) plus 245 crores to TPDDL.
Does it mean that the TPDDL that has got 245 crores as a bail out package will withdraw its petition for price hike ? What's about the CAG Audit ?
