The complaint of senior citizen Om Prakash Arora is a serious matter.
While the behaviour of the Tata supply co. deserves to be condemned,
further action should be taken. I suggest:
1. Shalimar Bagh RWA should get the letter summarised and sent to the newspaper English/Hindi
2.The M.P./MLA of the area to be informed.
3.The Manager of the company to be informed. A delegation of senior citizens of the area and other to meet him in a group.
4.The Aged Council of India tobe contacted immediately
