REPLY RECEIVED : Additional Security Deposit Demand note of Load change

In response to our mail as below, we have received this reply from BSES : 

Dear Mr Benjamin,

Plz recall our meeting a few months ago at F Block Krishna nagar BSES Office.

In your above said demand note, you are asking customers to deposit the money by a DEMAND DRAFT. A good number of persons have asked us to request you to change this term so that they could deposit the money by Cash or Cheque too.

Please look into the matter & do the changes so that customers could deposit the money with ease. Looking forward for your earliest reply.
