I, the undersigned, on behalf of the residents of Keshav Nagar encroach upon your valuable time to bring in your kind notice the untold sufferings and great difficulties being faced by the thousand residents of Keshav Nagar due to unleveled Roads and by-lane (Gali) of all block Keshav Nagar (952) Colony. We are enclosing the detail of A to F Block (By-Lane/Gali) to be levels as under:-
1. Main Road Mukti Ashram to Gurudwara Road Turning.
2. From T Point at Mukti Ashram Road to ward A Block and it’s by
lane/gali no. of 10.
3. Block Total Gali No. 5.
4. C-Block Total Gali no. 4.
5. D-Block Total Gali No. 4.
6. E-Block side by of Gurudwara Road, total Gali no 12.
7. F-Flock Ttotal Gali no. 15
8. All out let with nala in all block A to F Blocks.

This is to inform your good self that as per your notice vide no. 448/UC/UD/2010/pt-1/ 16265-16268 dated 11.10.2010 that more than one RWAs functioning in Keshav Nagar (952) have been federated in to a single registered resident society under the name and title as KESHAV NAGAR JAN KALYAN SAMITI (REGD.) and besides submitting a single layout plan of the colony all the relative document relating to constitution of one Federation/RWA have also been submitted.
This RWA has learnt that the files of many colonies prior to Keshav Nagar have been cleared. We most humbly request your good-self to consider our request and issue us NOC/Provisional Certificate. We would feel obliged to hear about the present status of file of this colony from your end Sir,

Sub:- Delay in Development works in Keshav Nagar (952) Burari Road, Delhi.
Respected Sir,
This R.W.A has since long been requesting the executive agencies to carry out various development works viz constructing of Roads/Streets and laying out of water pipelines etc. in Keshav Nagar but every time our request was turned down on the plea that the status of the colony was not clear.
We would like to inform your good self that now the dispute has been cleared and our colony Keshav Nagar (952) enjoys a clear status as per the list of Multiple Map issued by U.D. Department (P.S. copy) enclosed.
In this connection we would like to draw your attention to the order issued by the Additional Secretary (U.C) Govt. N.C.T. of Delhi, Urban Development Dept. Vide No. 500/UC/UD/1639/2010/1050-1059 date 31.1.2011 which is self explanatory (copy enclosed).
After the Colony (Keshav Nagar) was cleared of any dispute and its name appeared in the list issued by U.D. Dept. and sent to each Executing Agency. We have been constantly corresponding and requesting them giving the reference of the order issued by U.D. Dept. Vide No. and date as above, but We are shocked to mention here that they did not even bother to go through the contents of your good-self’s order which clearly explains the norms and instructions to be followed by them while carrying out various development works in Keshav Nagar 952, Burari Road, Delhi.
This R.W.A. deeply expresses its concern on the apathetic attitude of the concerned authorities and most humbly requests your good-self to intervene as the residents have already suffered much due to inordinate delay in initiating various development works in Keshav Nagar.
