MOST OF THE TIME IT IS FULL OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES LIKE BUSES AND TEMPOS.
FURTHER , TAXI STANDS , FLORISTS HAVE OCCUPIED FOOTPATH.
WHY THESE CANNOT BE REMOVED IS ANY BODYS GUESS.
